A personal study in high-end product lighting and material accuracy. This piece focuses on the interplay between glass, liquid, and metallic foil stamping to recreate the premium feel of the Johnnie Walker Blue Label brand.
The caustics were the most rewarding part; I wanted that blue light to feel like it was actually traveling through the bottle, creating those organic shapes on the surface below. I chose this tight, macro crop specifically to force the viewer to look at the craftsmanship of the packaging rather than just the bottle as a whole.
